I can attest to the 997D, as I had just bgohut it 3 days ago. For the price i’ve paid (RM699), and like most Alcatels, it’s excellent value for money and it’s good quality too, even if the whole phone is made out of plastic to save cost. Also, from my experiences with Alcatels, they are reliable and tough too.Good to see that Alcatel is really coming back..
